| Vorbemerkung: After starting looking in the life and deeds of "Sam Curtis" I of course got interested in the reality behind the Screen. TV, Cinema and Theater live from the actors, those wonderful people, who are willing to lend their talents, looks, voices to figures out of paper and bring them for us to life. We know, of course, with our brains, that what we see is only a fiction, but somewhere, somehow, the Magic sets in, and the real world starts to vanish. For one hour or two, we are allowed to partake in tragedy and comedy, in strange lifes and adventures. After the screen is black and the curtain closed everybody of us goes back to his own realities, not only we, the visitors but also the actors. Where I think, that with a figure of fiction every freedom must be allowed, we may speculate, interrogate, fabulate, this stops when it comes to a real person. Here I will rely only on facts. To get first-hand information, I wrote to Colin Wells, who was kind enough to answer. So what is on this page are facts from the actor himself: "First-Class"-Evidence, no hearsay and no fiction.
